Armoured Aluminum Alloy Cable

Armoured Aluminum Alloy Cable

Description
Armoured aluminum alloy cable is kind of armored sheath cable. This sheathed cable adopts 8000 series aluminum alloy conductors and ASTMB monofilament compression process. As for insulation, 90°C (flame retardant) environmentally friendly cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) is employed. This armored aluminum alloy cable makes use of high strength and environmentally friendly Kraft paper fillers as its twining material. In addition, this sheathed cable takes the advantage of 5000 series interlock type sheathed aluminum alloys.

Advantages
1. High strength, waterproof and degradable environmentally friendly paper fillers are adopted in the twining layer so as to guarantee that the armored aluminum alloy cable doesn’t creep down during the vertical installation process.
2. 5000 series aluminum alloy materials are utilized in the armor layer. The non-magnetic materials will not cause sparks when installed, and no bow wave will appear when running. Besides, this sheathed cable features good heat dissipation performance, flexibility and stoutness. Compared with steel tape armored cable, the installation of this armored sheath cable is more convenient. This armored aluminum alloy can avoid installing bridge and can save the trunking, speed up and reduce installation cost.
3. This armored aluminum alloy cable introduces 8000 series conductors with high anti-creep properties, high flexibility, ductility and strength extension.
4. 90℃ cross linked polyethylene is adopted with good physical performance. This sheathed cable is heat resisting and ageing resisting. Insulation thickness can be greatly reduced. During the burning process, no corrosive gas or poisonous air will come out.
5. As for sheath, environmentally friendly anti radiation PVC is applied. This equips the armored aluminum alloy cable with corrosion resistance and wide range of applications.

Application
This armored aluminum alloy cable can be laid and installed under various conditions, such as indoors, outdoors, poling, trunking and cable duct, etc. In addition, this sheathed cable can be buried directly in loose earth or cement.

Maintenance
After installation, this armored aluminum alloy cable needs no maintenance.
