1. Hydraulic System
Cone rusher takes the advantage of hydraulic system to adjust the discharging gate. And the system can effectively guarantee safe operation of Cone Crushing Machine. If there is some foreign matter inside the cavity, hydraulic system can make moveable vertebrae automatically recede.

Attention
1. Appropriate proportion for feed size is necessary.

Maintenance and Repair
1. Bearing Maintenance
The bearing part quickly wears, so it needs frequent maintenance. Besides, lubricate the bearing with oil.
2. Daily maintenance on cone crusher is necessary. It can reduce downtime period and degree of cone crushing machine, improve serviceability rate and use ratio.
3. Lubricating Maintenance of Cone Crushing Machine
Lubricate the friction surface attentively and timely so as to guarantee normal operation and long service life of Cone crushing plant.
Minor Repair (Once or Twice a Month)
(1) Check the wear conditions of taper sleeves and straight cover and its intervals.
(2) Check transmission bearing shell gap.
(3) Check bevel gear tooth gap.
(4) Check the hydraulic equipment and lubricating equipment or replace the lubricating oil.
(5) Clean up key parts.
Medium Maintenance (Once Every Four to Six Month)
(1) Replace the scale board.
(2) Amend or replace cone gear, drive shaft and bearing bush.
(3) Amend or replace shaft sleeve, taper sleeve and straight cover timely when necessary.
(4) Examine and dispose minor repair projects.
Overhauling (Once every four years or depends on operation condition of cone crusher)
