Combined Low Dew Point Air Dryer

Description
With reasonable pipe connection and capacity collocation, this combined low dew point air dryer (a kind of combined air dryer) integrates the advantages of air dryer and adsorption dryer to get high quality low dew point outlet air. Thus, it features no air flow consumption, low energy consumption and low dew point.

Working Principles of Combined Air Dryer
1. The hot and humid compressed air exchanges heat with low temperature dried air inside heat exchanger so as to lower its temperature.
2. Then the compressed air goes into evaporator and is further cooled. Gaseous water molecules are condensed into liquid water. Such liquid water is drained then.
3. Afterwards, low water content air enters the adsorption canister and is further dried so as to get lower dew point outlet air.
4. Finally, the low temperature dry air goes into heat exchanger so as to cool hot and humid inlet air. Meanwhile, the temperature of such dry air itself rises to prevent the condensation of pipeline. Part of the heated dry compressed air is used for the regeneration of the adsorbent so as to increase regeneration efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
