Compared with traditional control compressor, frequency conversion air compressor has more realistic meaning of energy saving, which is determined by the airflow demand.
2. Low Operation Cost
The operation cost of traditional compressor is composed of three elements: original purchase cost, maintenance cost and energy cost with energy cost occupying about 77% of operation cost. By reducing 44.3% of energy cost and the impact to the device, the maintenance and repair work is reduced accordingly, thus saving operation cost dramatically.
3. Enhance Pressure Control Accuracy
Frequency control system has the accurate pressure control ability to ensure the match between the compressed air pressure output and the airflow required by client’s air system. The export volume of the frequency control compressor changes with the change of rotating speed of the motor. Due to the accuracy enhancement of the motor speed of the frequency control motor, it can maintain the system pressure change of the pipeline within 3pisg that is within 0.2 bar, which effectively enhance the working quality.
4. Prolong Lifetime of Frequency Conversion Air Compressor
Frequency transformer starts the compressor from 0HZ. Its starting speed time is adjustable, which can reduce the impact to the motor parts and mechanical parts, strengthening reliability of the system and prolong lifetime of frequency conversion air compressor. In addition, frequency transformer can reduce the electric flow fluctuation upon the start of the compressor, which can affect electric net and the use of electricity of other device. Frequency transformer can effectively reduce the peak value of the starting electric flow to the minimum extent.
5. Reduce the Noise of Frequency Conversion Air Compressor
According to the working requirement of frequency conversion compressor, rotating speed of the motor slows down obviously after the modification of the frequency speed adjustment, thus effectively reducing the operation noise of compressor. Onsite test shows the noise reduces 3-7 db compared with the original system.

Frequency conversion air compressor adopts double frequency design concept to realize energy saving and permanent temperature, with the adjustable range of the frequency reaching 25%-100%.
2. According to the non-stage speed adjusting characteristics of frequency transformer, controller or PID regulator inside the transformer can rapidly respond to the pressure changes so as to stabilize the air pressure. Compared with the up and down switch control used in working frequency, the stability index of the air pressure is enhanced ±0.1bar.
3. Soft Start and Shutdown of Increased/Reduced Speed Control, No Start Peak Value Electric Flow
The frequency of stable operation of frequency conversion air compressor is lower than that of the working power. Noise and wearing of frequency conversion compressor reduce dramatically and prolongs the lifetime of the machine.
4. Frequency conversion air compressor is equipped with front air filter net with big capacity to ensure that the machine can operate under a more pure environment and can be used under different conditions.
