2. Low Cost of Pneumatic Tools and Spare Parts
Since the hydraulic pressure is 10 times higher than pneumatic pressure, the stressed area of the hydraulic drill piston is smaller at the same impacting speed; the impacting piston area is close to that of the shank with small loss of transmission. Balanced stress, long lifetime, few accidents, reducing around 30％ cost than pneumatic drill.
3. Improvement of Work Environment with Low Sound
Since hydraulic rock drilling also includes waste gas, there is no environmental pollution from the oil dirt of waste gas, which enhances visibility of working surface and improve operating environment. There is no exhaust discharge sound except the clamping sound of the metal, reducing 5 to 10dB (A) compared to the pneumatic drilling noise.
