Daily Maintenance and Repair
1. Pay constant attention to the oil volume of machine body (crank case) and oil injector. Oil level should be kept within the required scaling line. Lubricating oil should be filtered before being filled into the oil pump.
2. Check all the meters from time to time to see if all the inlet and outlet pressure, temperature and lubricating oil level is normal.
3. Check to see if all fasteners are at loose and whether there is air leak and oil leak of joints.
4. Separate tank is released at each shift to clear oil sediments inside the air tank.
5. Constant check upon the safety of piston air compressor and reliability of protection equipment. Pay attention to the adjustment of valve. Check the flexibility of first and second safe valve. If abnormality arises, it should be cleaned and repaired. The safe valve should be lead sealed after readjusted.
6. Check the temperature rise and electricity meter reading, to see if the joint line of the electric part is in good state.
7. It is forbidden to start the piston air compressor under gas pressure.
8. Clean oil filter frame every month.
